How to Order Certified Transcripts from Cherokee County Courts
Use this form if you need certified transcripts from the Cherokee County Courts. 
If you need a transcript from a different court, please contact that court directly.

Types of Requests
  • Request transcripts for appeals or other purposes.
  • Ask for expedited (faster) service, but the court reporter will let you know the delivery date and cost.
What Happens After You Submit the Form
  1. Your request will go to a court reporter.
  2. They will estimate the cost based on how long and what type of court hearing it was.
  3. You will get to review and approve the estimate before moving forward.
  4. You do not have to go through with the order unless you agree to the price.
Payment Info
  • You may need to pay a deposit before they start working.
  • If you delay the deposit, the transcript will take longer to arrive.
  • You can pay online or by check.
  • The final price depends on the actual number of pages. You’ll have to pay the remaining balance (or get a refund if you overpaid.)
